What we collect

When you sign up with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We store the topics and goals you configure, your delivery schedule preferences, and the digests we generate for you.

How we use it

Your data is used to generate and deliver your digests. We also use your email address to send transactional messages related to your account (trial reminders, billing notices, and similar). From time to time, we may send an email about other tools or projects from scalingsidekick or Ben Attanasio, the person who built Sift. We don't sell your data, share it with third parties, or use it to train AI models.

Authentication

Sign-in is handled entirely by Google's authentication systems. We never see your password or credentials.

Payments

Billing is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your payment card details; they go directly to Stripe.

Data storage

Your data is stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database hosted on secure infrastructure in the United States.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. This permanently removes your account, topics, goals, and digest history. If you have questions, email ben@scalingsidekick.com.
