The service
Sift is an AI-powered digest service operated by Ben Attanasio. It generates and delivers research briefings based on topics and goals you configure. By using Sift, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Sift uses Google OAuth; we never store passwords. You must be 13 years of age or older to use this service.
Acceptable use
Use Sift for its intended purpose. Don't attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the service. Don't use it for anything illegal.
Billing
Sift offers a free trial period. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from Settings; your access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not prorated for partial months. If you've been charged and aren't satisfied, email ben@scalingsidekick.com within 30 days.
AI-generated content
Digests are generated by AI and may contain errors or omissions. They are for informational purposes only. Sift makes no guarantees about accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular use.
Limitation of liability
Sift is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Ben Attanasio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Communications
By using Sift, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your account (trial reminders, billing confirmations, and similar). From time to time, we may also send emails about other tools or projects from scalingsidekick or Ben Attanasio. These are infrequent and you can opt out at any time by replying to any email or contacting ben@scalingsidekick.com.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Sift after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll update the effective date above when changes are made.
